| This pub really knows the meaning of the phrase country pub! Not only does it have a excellent selection of fine ales, the atmosphere is welcoming and the food is great. If you like your home-made food like I do this is the place for you. We had the steak pie on our first visit and have been hooked ever since. | A really nice, proper village pub with a good choice of beers, excellent food and a friendly atmosphere. Always full of people from CAMRA so the beer must be good! No nonsense, reasonably priced tradional English pub grub, what more do you want!
