| Recently refurbished but in my opinion has lost it's character. Didn't eat when we went but menu was very limited and not cheap. Drinks were vastly overpriced -dearer than I've paid in city centre pubs. Nothing at all to write home about.[Report for Removal] | Paul Mobberley Rugeley Staffs |

| "Stop going to this pub last year when it shut we heard it had been refurbished so when along last Saturday. What a change the referb as been done in a sensitive way and keeps the character of the old Crown even the beer garden as been cleaned up including the canal bank so you can have a drink and see the boats go passed. The décor is great with some lovely canal pictures, the Real ales are very good Pedi was just the ticket better than the Bass which used to be sold. | When to the VIP Opening night on Tuesday what a great night we had. Staff so friendly Beer was great had the IPA one of the best pints I have had in my life and I am in my 60s.
