| we called in the Ash Tree on monday afternoon about 2-45 not very busy, so was surprised when we had to wait for our meals, then one of the maels was wrong, the chips rock hard, we told the Manager about them he replied "some people like hard chips " we had eaten our meals almost when he came with 3 bowls of wedges, it was to lare, we ordered 4 sweets, these took 25min almost it took 3 attempts to get 1 sweet right, we asked to speak t the Manager but was told he had gone out, don't think we will be going back for along time If Ever,[Report for Removal] | Janette Dean rugeley staffs |

| we came out yesterday for a family meal and we havnt been to the ash tree for a while,but when we get there we waited 10 mins to be served our drinks,meals took 45 mins to come out and the prices seemed to have gone up.we always go here for a meal but feel it has gone down hill in the last year.the meals were ok apart from my sons spaghetti bolognese which was like rubber and he would not eat it.very dissappointed!!!!![Report for Removal] | jennifer newman cannock staffs |
