| The pub is on a sharp bend down a narrow lane and just 200 meters from the Pershore bypass. The Old Chestnut Tree is small but personable. It has a very small bar with a huge open fireplace, and an even smaller dining room. The car park would hold around 7 to 8 cars tops. It has a friendly atmosphere and good beer. The food is plain fare, just how I like it. Not a very varied menu but you get plenty of it at very reasonable prices. Because the landlady helps with serving you get good service and pleasant repartee` Thankfully because of its small size it remains principally a pub and not a glorified restaurant!
