| was told there was a 45 min wait for food even tho there wasnt that many in we ended up waitin an hour and half and no one came to apologise or explain.Didnt even get offered a drink as a way of apology.Think they need to practice on customer service ive worked in a pub for 14 years and theres no way i would treat customers like that and think its disgusting that we had to wait that amount of time and the food was average.So you can understand i WONT be going there again!!!!![Report for Removal] | leisa handforth pontefract west yorkshire |
