| After having a lovely meal for our sons 18th we decided to go to the cherry tree for a celebratory drink. The girl behind the bar asked my youngest son for id,which he showed , she then asked my eldest son who is nearly 20 for id, he didnt have any on him.She asked the landlady who didnt even look at him, my husband challenged the landlady and said he could vouche for my sons age.The landlady was so rude, not even acknowledging my husbands comments,surley she should of used her discretion as we were there as a family celerbrating a special birthday.Surley this is not the proffesional way to behave in the licence trade i have yet to come across this before and will not be visiting ths pub again.[Report for Removal] | Mr S PRINCE warrington Cheshire |

| great food, two meals for £10, and we were served at the table, so you dont have to keep getting up to go to the bar to order your food and drinks!!! excellent choice of guest beers, and some lovely wines, also great value from under £7 a bottle. quiz night wednesday, and its great fun..not too hard. a disco on friday nights plays music from the seventies and eighties,and a karaoke disco on saturdays plays more up to date music in between singers. in nice weather there is a huge patio outside where you can eat and drink. highly recommended[Report for Removal] | mike dvaies warrington cheshire |
