| i am a regular/ish customer here, and am local in Knutsford, the food is nice, Sunday lunch good but a bit tight on the portions, the one bug-bear that i have is that the bar closes at 9pm on a Sunday! Its not as if its in the back of beyond - its situated right on the main road leading to the M6, when challenged they reply 'well we dont get anyone in after 9pm' Well as an ex-publican myself i have to say - No you wont if your doors are shut! A friend and myself went in on a Sunday, and noticed that by the time 8 - 8.15 comes around and they are clearly tidying up, you are made to feel very uncomfortable as if you are in the way?
