This pub was ok at first impression though really in need of a spring clean! My stool had a wobbly leg.Beer was ok and service ok but dukebox music was a bit loud and when evening staff took over a barman approached our table and told our party we were too loud.We could not believe our ears!We explained that we may have raised our voices to be heard over the music but we were not a rowdy party(ranging in age from 40 to 52)He then told us that this is not a local pub but is for tourists!maybe they give him tips!We were insulted and had no option but to leave.Would not recommend if youre in the piccadilly area there are welcoming and friendly pubs of a higher standard just down the road.[Report for Removal] JDougall
