| Been popping in recently and the turnaround in Ales and service is truly amazing. From what was a lost cause some years ago as you will see from other comments. It has been bought and is being run by a Tennant called Dave with a very helpful Bar Manager called Jim.There is normally a choice of 6 Real Ales served in excellent condition unless your unlucky enough to get the last pint in the barrel but this will be changed immediately if this is the case.Have heard the Food is good and with the Spacious Gardens Front and Rear a real winner in the nice weather and a very pleasant village Pub which is Dog and people friendly. | I think the landlords got it wrong again! its a smoking ban not a drinking ban. on the 11th no premium beer, no real ales and no clean glasses. my how the previous managers looked embarrassed when they popped back for a vist(never would of happened in Trish & andys day) The beer gardens a khazi and the khazi is................words fail me. | Have to agree with the previous two reviews, pub is now known locally as the "Bobsleigh Inn", because it's going downhill fast. | had to meet some pals here what a dive it has become. the pride was undrinkable. i have been told that the owners hands on approach is distroying what was a great pub, the place is grubby and unwelcoming the bar staff would rather sit smoking and chatting up any man that sits at the bar. The bowl is not full nor half empty in fact the urinals flowith over. lets hope that the smug fathead soon goes and what was once a great pub rises again[Report for Removal] | Freddiemix shepperton middx |

| This could be the best pub in the area apart from one thing the licencee hasn't clue how to run a pub. There has been a wide range of real ales but a lot of the time they have been undrinkable.
