| I went for a meal with my husband and my 9yr old son on the 11th December 09. It was the worse meal we have ever had! We waited 40mins for our meals to arrive, only to find the food overcooked and cold! It took another 15 mins to get the attention of the waiter to tell them that we were not happy with our meals! They sent out the chef and he just took our meals away with no appology! We then waited another hour!! before we were given our replacement meals! Still no appology. (In that time my son had eaten his meal and had become restless!) Again out food was overcooked, cold! and uneatable! The portions were also very small! for a Big plate meal! By this time we had enough and left very disappointed that we had spent alot of money on meals we couldnt eat! Service and customer relations very poor!! We wont be going back!! | Ordered 2 cajun chicken meals on the 20th May 2009, the meal was to a very poor standard, the chicken was overcooked, dry and chewy, this was mentioned to the waiting staff, however because we had eaten a fair amount of it, and although we had complained half way through the meal, the staff did not want to know and no refund or gesture of good will was offered.
