| This pub is now renamed as the Windmill. A pleasant enough atmosphere with friendly service. Well presented beer garden for the summer. The menu is the usual pub fare with something for everyone. Unfortunatly the quality is very hit and miss. We have eaten there 4 times and the food has always been adequate but not exceptional. Recently had Sunday lunch at £7.95. Not impressed. Pate starter very dry with one round of toast and brown lettuce for £4.50. Meat (beef or pork) was tough, brocolli rock hard, and just not well presented. Just needs a bit more attention to detail.
