| Awful!! The building itself was lovely. The restaurant was freezing, the fish was half cooked, things were missing off the dishes, the service was very unprofessional. I was really disappointed with the whole experience. The only nice thing i can say is the South African Chenin Blanc was lovely.....but the pub didnt make that....and the glasses were dirty. | The pub has undergone extensive renovation and is now a great venue. I have been there 3 times in the last 2 months; my birthday, dinner with friends and a post honeymoon dinner. Each time the menu was wonderful, the food is beautifully presented, well cooked and delicious. Service is prompt, subtle and swift. All food is cooked to order and is of wonderful quality. the terrace has amazing views across the valley and you can choose to eat outside, in the bar and or in the restaurant.[Report for Removal] | Sarah Calcutt Goudhurst Kent |
