| we have just visited there, only to wait an hour and ten minutes for starter because our order hadnt been processed,which we accepted,and also an apology from the owner.but then when main meal was brought to us,it was'nt the normal high standard we have had in the past from there,so hence desserts were'nt even an option ! on paying the bill,we voiced our opinion to be told that we were rude, to complain and it was being dealt with...how ? we still had to pay bill,in full??? our opinion,mistakes happen,but deal with them in a professional way...something red lion do not adhere to.family run business that dont accept complaint maybe ???[Report for Removal] | t dubil stafford staffordshire |
