| This ancient hostelry boasts helpful staff, a welcoming atmosphere, fabulous ales and even its very own ghost. My nicely appointed double room cost me 32 pounds and I parked overnight in the carpark out the back after 6pm for a small fee . Breakfast was adequate and well cooked.
