| We were travelling north on the A49 on Friday evening and looking for a place to eat just after 6pm and decided for the first time to try this inn. What a terrific place! The service was excellent, the food was as good as any we had tasted, and we after three courses, I am afraid if there was a dog waiting for what we had left, it would have been very hungry. | We've been to The Bridge at Dorrington several times for midweek lunch and for Sunday roast lunch. The food has consistently been excellent, and the service likewise. We took friends there, one of whom is a wheelchair user, and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. There is wheelchair access via a ramp at the side of the building which leads right into the restaurant, where the manager was waiting to direct us to a table made ready with one chair removed to accommodate our friend. | I given advice where to eat near Shrewsbury and The Bridge Inn at Dorrington was suggested to me so today for lunch we decided to give it a try as they are open for food all day. BUT on arrival I had to check out if they catered for DISABLED FACILITIES but when ask the staff they were unhelpful in this situation as the main entrance in a large step and when I told them we have a wheelchair they replied we have no real assess for wheelchair but you could push them up the bank at the back as this was the only way in for disabled access. | myself and my family stopped at the bridge inn on our way into shrewsbury for a holiday we arrived and were welcomed the pub was very busy and we arrived wanting a table for nine people nothing was too much trouble staff were very friendly and the food was great if we are in that neck of the woods again we wouldnt hesitate to visit again[Report for Removal] | Mrs N Gaskell St Helens Merseyside |
