| while traveling through Great Haywood called into this little pub very nice staff they said they had only taken it over a few weeks ago the food was the best pub food i have ever had and the price was very good a good selection of food on the menu i had the sizzling steak { to die for } will call again soon.[Report for Removal] | lucas williams roscommon ireland |

| Re-opened after refurbishment under new management and with new head chef April 2010. Still has the character of a local, but the decor and atmosphere much improved. | After a short closure the Fox is open and a great little village pub. Popular with all ages. Although the pub part can appear a little scruffy, the beer and staff are great. Attached to the pub is a franchised Chinese restaurant, they do great meals and you can also order a take away and enjoy a drink while they cook it. Highly recommended.
