| I dont understand the above review. I visit this place regularly. The staff are pleasant, in a TGI's style way. The food is good, the atmosphere is good, the drinks are brill, all in all, its a great chain restaurant, nothing unusual. just everything you'd expect from an Old Orleans.[Report for Removal] | Helen Sunderland tyne & Wear |

| Visited the pub for a Christmas do initially then as a couple. Both times we were treated well and served great food with decent portions for a change. | Went there with the family and everything from the food, the staff and the whole atmosphere was terrible. Complained to the manager (spotty young lad) who did nothing and followed up with a complaint to the main company The Spirit Group, who seemed even less interested. If you want to waste your money and be traet like **** then this is the place for you, otherwise go somewhere decent and enjoy your night-out/meal beacause this place is the pits... 0/10[Report for Removal] | Dave SAFC Sunderland Tyne & Wear |
