| I went in here with my friend and we ordered a meal. we paid seperately as neither of us was buying the others dinner. my friends meal was brought out and ten minutes later i still had no meal. my friend had almost finished. i told the assistant manager i wanted a refund as we didnt have time to wait and i didnt relish the thought of eating alone now that my friend had finished. his response - "iv been in catering alot of years and this is completely normal, because you paid seperately".... worst service iv ever received. he was very aggressive i refuse to go back now, but a few people tell me its cheap and cheerful if your looking for somewhere for students to spill there drinks on you. also a strange smell of damp wood....[Report for Removal] | Helen Sunderland Tyne & Wear |
