| What a venue, certainly seems to be a busy establishment. A fantastic refurb now so modern and stylish. Friendly staff and good management. I will certainly be visiting the place again in the future. A wonderful meal excellent Chef. Good prices now that the new menu has been released. With Live music every Wednesday evening it certianly is the place to be. Fantastic entertainment acts. From Robbie Williams Tributes through to Mustang Sally and Loose Connections. | My first visit to The Smouldering Boulder was an enjoyable experience. The food and service was excellent, with a good selection of real ales and beers (and affordable too). The atmosphere was buzzing with friendly banter without the bad language! It was also nice to sit in the garden.
