| Went on a family dinner to "The Half Moon". Service was excellent food was absolutely fantastic. Great reception by the landlord and made us feel very welcome even though we had 4 children with us. Great childrens play area nicely tucked away but in view of the dining area. | has any body else just driven past this place? My Wife made me pull in as she needed a pit stop!!!. its great totaly smoke free and food all day. we had a soup that was home made and the owner i presume recomended we try the herb salmon. good recomendation! if we pass again will stop for longer.[Report for Removal] | Robin Edwards swindon wiltshire |

| we broke down and were waiting for the AA. a young girl with glases. was very helpfull. we had a nettle beer? which was loverly. the manager made sure we we well and let us use the phone to call our children. we only had a quick bite but the food was fantastic and we will be back[Report for Removal] | sue wimborne dorset |

| i was travelling through with my family from poole. we stopped off for the loo. after walking in we were greated by the most friendly(large) guy who settled my children with colouring pictures and crayons. and we stayed for a drink. we drove off and a mile up the road turned round and stayed for dinner. what more can i say the best pub on the A350 by a long way[Report for Removal] | mike sullivan wantage oxfordshire |

| Revamp is excellent, Popped in for a quick lunchtime snack was shown to table and told the waitress would be with us shortly for our order, take took 20 mins. Then 10 mins later food order was taken. Food then took over half an hour to be served, garlic bread was like a brick and croutons were stale.
