| this pub is open and friendly. being able to make reservations is great, and the owners are very nice. dave the dog keeps kids entertained by performing tricks for some biscuits. the food is delicious and their portions are generous. i would extremely recommend this pub/resteraunt for all the family, but don't be fooled - there are several pubs nearby on both sides, all of which are c**p!!!![Report for Removal] | Will Ross corsham wiltshire |

| The Wooden Spoon was recommended to us by the owners of the nearby Witherington Farm B&B. My wife and I were on a 4 week tour of the UK and were staying in the rural areas and experiencing English Pubs as much as possible. The Wooden Spoon exceeded all expectations! The food was superb and the service impeccable. We enjoyed it so much we returned the following evening for an encore. The staff were outstanding.
