| One of our main objectives when planning our UK trip was to dine at Rick Steines Padstow Restaurant - which we did and it was 'very nice' A week or so later we were stooging along the road bound for nowhere in particular when we came apon The Fox at Bramdean. It looked inviting and it was lunch time so we pulled in. What can we say? the food was even better than the service which was exemplary. We both chose the fish (though the menu was a 'tough' one indeed) and we were not disappointed. Without rambling on it was definitely among the finest food we encountered during our four week tour of the South and South West of England.
