| Friendly local pub with good atompshere, very traditional food which is great value for money. Does the odd event such as family days which are proving successful. | Visited as part of a group of six. Four were eating and 2 were not so they sat at the table with the rest. A lady approached (presumably the Landlady) and complained that 2 were not eating and the places could have been filled by other diners. We looked around and we were the only diners there. This was at 12:50 midday. We were not behaving badly or even being loud ! This cause much upset to one of the party. We all left to eat elsewhere.
