I came here to test it out for mothers day and I am so glad I did! We booked a large table of people and they sat us out in the conservatory in the freezing cold with no heating whilst the rest of the pub was empty. They did not have enough mixed grills available and seem to only cater for a small amount of people. There were no menus so we had to all walk into the main pub to look at the blackbord and then I had to ask for the childrens menu which the waitress told me was chicken nuggets and chips, fish fingers and chips or sausage and mash. When the food came there was not a lot of vegetables and my salmon was drenched in a red sauce which meant I couldn't taste the salmon! The childrens meal was given to us on a full sized plate and was an adults sized portion. The food here is very expensive (£5.50 for a bowl of ice cream!) and not worth the extra money. The pub also does not have a car park. [Report for Removal] Kirsty Priest
