| I agree with Louise, my colleagues and I decided to give this pub a try a few weeks ago, talk about clicky, did not get the feeling that we were welcome in there at all, as an all bloke group would have been nice to see some eye candy, we were quite shocked at the pensioner behind the bar. As we work for a large business they have lost quite a few potential customers, I have put an announcement on the noticeboard at work to avoid the place at all costs, they need to sort the place out, a good clean wouln't go a miss! | What a terrible pub, really dirty, staff just stand around gossiping with the drunk locals who look like they need a good bath - staff must be in there seventies at least, or tho expression mutton dressed as lamb springs to mind!would rather spend my money in the Woodlands edge where the food is cheaper,better and the staff are more polite and of working age. Worth a visit at lunchtime for a look at the woman who works behind bar, will make you laugh that's for sure. | The Foresters Arms now has new landlords who had the pub previously about 6 years ago. George and Heather made a success of the pub then and are turning it round after a couple of disatrous landlords. The pub is clean, the beer kept well and the food is very much improved. I can personally recommend the home made chicken curry and the Angus beefburgers. Give it a try you won't be disappointed.[Report for Removal] | Rocketman Swindon Wiltshire |

| Looks great Country Pub, used to be well managed and reasonable food - we used to visit frequently, now has New owners. meal last evening was not edible, complained after meal, landlord said he ate it last night and it was fine, then told us off for not complaining earlier...1 X lasagne, 1 x Steak, not that difficult... lasagne was burnt and rubber, steak was white and tasteless. ruined evening, never go back there again.
