| In October 2010 we had a very nice meal from the carvery section. So on 20th March 2011 we decided to to go back for our son's birthday. Since our last visit the management has changed hands, there was a very long wait for vegetables as the staff couldn't keep up with demand. By the time I sat down to eat the rest of my family had finished there meal. The vegetarian options were very poor as there were only two to choose from. My husband had fat splashed on his shirt while his portion of meat was being cut by the "chef" and to top it all I think we were charged for more than we had, but can't prove it as the bill was not itemized.
