| Visited this pub twice in two days! On the Sturday night I had a few pints of St Austell's Tribute that went down a treat (extremely well kept) sat out in a fantastic beer garden - you can bring your own BBQ and drink whilst you cook. Went back on the Sunday for Lunch and a relax, again in the beer garden. The food was good and the new landlord and landlady are ver helpful and very friendly. They have been running the pub for 6 months, and having read some previous reviews I think that they must have made a big difference for the better.[Report for Removal] | John R Bath Avon |

| I've been to this Pub on a number of occasions in the last few months - Great Pub. Its under new ownership. Good food, very friendly and helpful owners and its child friendly. | This is very much a locals local. The atmosphere (or lack of) is very uninviting as is the welcome. If your looking for a warm environment, this is definitely not the place to be. If you like the clinical look then you will be rigt at home. The beer is ok. Not the best in the world.
