| I took my family to Christmas Dinner. first impressions very good decorated nicely, table settings nice, friendly welcome from staff with offer of Bucks Fizz or orange [ not sure if this was free after having the bill for the drinks at the end]Starters good, deserts good. Also a nice gesture from the staff a present for each of my grandchildren. But the dinner was appauling. We looked as though we had the scraps Turkey wise. My husband even had the Parsons nose on his plate. My first reaction was to complain but my husband said no as he didnt want to upset the rest of the family. I asked for soft veg & still it was rock hard the potatoes were part cooked. So the memory of my Christmas Dinner is awful.
