The pub is under threat of closure. The owners, Stevenage Borough Council will make a decesion at the end of Januatry 2011. Built in the 1960's it retains much of its original, modern decor in the public bar - light wooden panelling and a tiled floor. It has been part of the local community for decades and, serving Greene King real ales, deserves to be saved.[Report for Removal] kevin mcclintock
