| my wife and i had a very bad expieriance here recently when we visited this pub for lunch. Very abrupt and unhelpful waitress, indifferent Management and poor food. in fact it was so bad that i refused to pay for our meals of which we had only taken a few mouthfuls. On our return home i contacted the pubs head office in Burton upon Trent only to be told, by letter some days later that my wife and i are barred from visiting this pub again which i have no intention of doing ever again. BARRED BECAUSE WE DARED COMPLAIN. We are no trouble makers, i am 73 and my wife is 70!![Report for Removal] | E. Wooldridge Barnet Herts |
