| I love the local characters that drink in this pub,however there is one that will always stick in my mind, this man claims to have fought tigers in lundwood, prevented disasters down the mines of barnsley and carried bins full of lead and bricks on his head, he calls himself, the daddy, i will always think of him as, the idiot[Report for Removal] | aurther scargill tarn s.yorks |

| I remeber visiting this wonderful house on several occasions, but the one that springs to mind most is when i first met the beautiful barmaid Miss C. Orange. Such a delightful and elegant young girl who lit up the pub with her glorious smile. I miss her. I do wish this pub would re-open as i miss the oxy specials - a cocktail of cider, port, whisky and the all imortant ingredient blackcurrant, which made all the difference. There were some great characters from the pub, not forgetting the scottish bloke who drove a lotus, i heard a rumour he is now working on the american wrestling scene.[Report for Removal] | That traffic warden manchester lancashire |

| what a pub, great beer, huge array of bar snacks, dustys, shinys, pork scratchings and even an old man with a wicker basket selling seafood. Locals even say that there is a "cupboard of dreams" somewhere in the depths of the pub that contains some articles of local historical interest. What more can i say, its a fantastic pub. | The Bush Inn is probably one of the greatest pubs ever to have been built. It serves a delicious pint of angram and has a wide selection of crisps, the barman, Kev Copsy, is particularly friendly.[Report for Removal] | Oxy barnsley s yorkshire |
