| I live in Godstone and have the choice of three pubs to visit, the Bell being the furthest from me, but I have been a regular for the last two years and wouldn't dream of going any where else. I have had a large birthday party to an intimate romantic dinner there and the food has always been great.We try to pop in at least one evening a week to relax over a bottle of wine after working hard. The atmosphere & surroundings are what really make the Bell. I must admit it did go down hill a bit after Vita left, but seems to be getting itself sorted again now. | I have given it a couple of chances and the service is always awful. The steaks are good, but the food can sometimes be cold. The bill has been wrong 3 times! Big parties are starting to go there and so expect a loud atmosphere, which can be good, but not if they're complaining as well![Report for Removal] | Jenny Redhill Surrey |
