We waited an hour and 20 minutes to receive our meals, in the meantime diners that arrived later were served, ate their meals and left. Great food but not worth the wait. Will NEVER EVER go there again.[Report for Removal] Lizzie

I'M MISSING MY LOCAL..... I haven't been here for a few months as I now spend most of my time in Hampshire. Always loved the place, the quirky locals, the good food and the characters behind the bar all give it an unforgettable ambience! What a pleasure to pop in and find it even better. Lots has changed, the cooks, the menu, the bar manager, but all the old faces were still there putting the world to rights and the Harveys is as good as ever. Knocks spots of my Hampshire local. I stopped for a takeaway bottle of sparkling water. 250ml cost £2! I realise it's a pub and not Tesco, but I could get 4 litres of the stuff for that much in a supermarket. It is nearby a friend's house and I was going to suggest we all go there for supper one evening, but maybe not. A £2 bottle of water probably cost them at least £70. The chap behind the bar was not friendly either.[Report for Removal] C. Wright
