| The food is alright, but service is very poor. We ordered a White chocolate creme Brulee which was supposed to come with butter buscuits. I asked the waitress if they could have the butter buscuits and she apologised and said yes. We waited 5 minutes but no butter buscuits came. When I went to pay the bill I complained that we never got the butter buscuits and they only offered to take £2 off the bill. I found this terrible customer service as they failed to produce what was on the menu and when we asked for then they still couldn't be bothered or forgot to bring them. If I ordered steak and chips would I only get a steak and have to ask for the chips and then have to pay for a incomplete meal? They also served are drinks in dirty glasses and didn't over any sauces with our meal. I would not recommend this pub to anyone as your paying restaurant prices for a very poor service.[Report for Removal] | david brigg crawley west sussex |
