| We ate here last week and the food was outstanding. Highly recommend the 'Scottish Square Sausage' starter. The Staff were very friendly, creating a relaxed atmosphere. Drinks wise they have an excellent wine list as well as a great selection of malt whiskies. Not the weather for it now, but noted they have a lovely garden, so will defiantly be re-visiting in the summer months. | Took up the 2 course for £11.50 offer for lunch. Soup was delicious, as was the ham and chicken pie. Mullet came with vanilla sauce and was ok, but not exceptional. Profiteroles were very good. Service was excellent and prompt.[Report for Removal] | Bev Holliday Thatcham berks |
