| Went for lunch yesterday - first Monday of the New Year so not too many people but one of the best meals I have had out for a long time. Highly recomended if you enjoy good food and not too expensive. Will return.[Report for Removal] | Simon Andover Hants |

| just popped in for a drink as it has recently re-opened... felt a bit strange, not like a pub at all.. but in a nice way! very airy and clean feeling, no usual brass ornaments but the log burner was roaring away. it felt a bit like being in someones lounge when we sat down, but we soon got used to it! warm fire, good cider,a comfy seat and happy people. we even met the owner for the first time, the regulars all seemed to know him and he was welcomed into every conversation in the pub, that says a lot. cant wait to go back and try out the fantastic smelling food!! see you soon!![Report for Removal] | dawn highclere, newbury berkshire |
