| I am sorry to say that was the worst experience of a Sunday Lunch that I can remember. Upon complaining to the bar staff about our meals the manager,who was obviously too busy with cooking further meals was unable to come and see me, despite my request. However later in the afternoon she was quite happy to spend over an hour on the phone arguing that she was in fact correct and that her CCTV had been monitoring us. Now for a family of three hoping to enjoy a meal with parents it completely spoilt the afternoon, and the basic review I would like to give is if you are near to this pub please continue on by as there are more establishments in Thatcham and Theale that are worthy of being able to serve good food.[Report for Removal] | J Haines Thatcham Berkshire |
