| Attended a private function on Saturday 4th April, 2009. The buffet served was not adequate for the number of guests. The bar in the function room was not open. Several of the quests were elderly and found it extremely difficult to go down stairs for drinks and carrying drink back upstairs. On leaving one of the guest politely said to a member of staff about the quality of the buffet to this they stared back said nothing turned and began to laugh. I hope the Derby Arms are pleased with themselved that they managed to reduce my daughter to tears and spoil her 30th birthday party. [Report for Removal] | M. Walton Freckleton, Lancs |
