| stayed on the folly marina last weekend went to the folly inn both nights had an excellent time. the water taxi service was fantastic and the entertainment and atmosphere at the inn was second to none. also had meals there food was very good in the evenings but unfortunately breakfast was somewhat cold still not enough to dampen how much i enjoyed the weekend and how brilliant i think the folly inn is.[Report for Removal] | sarah seymour southampton hampshire |

| Pleasantly situated on the Medina and used a good deal by the boating fraternity - seems popular (well, there's nowhere else around!)The staff seem well trained to appear friendly but food, even though not expensive, was disappointing with the usual problem in these semi-fast food outlets of cooking vegetables satisfactorily - green stuff undercooked and ''boiled new potatos'' obviously re-heated from possibly previous day cooking.... (the taste and texture can never be disguised) Might be better to just let the children run wild after their boat confinement and stick to burgers and chips! [Report for Removal] | J. E . | Many a fantastic weekend in this all round great pub. There's something for everyone here, a real entertaining place to be. Food is excellent, the staff are friendly and it all very laid back.
