| FROM THE COMMENTS MADE BY JAN AND GEORGE I MUST SAY THAT I HAVE TO AGREE! THE STAFF AT THIS VENUE COULD DO WITH A LESSON IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE CHILDREN THAT ARE BROUGHT INTO THE PUB SEEM TO BE ABLE TO DO WHAT THEY LIKE AS LONG AS THEIR PARENT OR GUARDIAN CAN HAVE A DRINK AT THE COST OF OTHER PEOPLE OUT JUST FOR A QUIET DRINK. IT WOULD BE INTERESTING TO KNOW IF ANY OF THE ACTUAL BREWERY MANAGEMENT HAVE SET FOOT IN THIS PUB. I FOR ONE WILL NOT BE GOING BACK. THIS IS ONE TO AVOID NO MATTER HOW DESPERATE YOU ARE FOR A DRINK.THATS UNLESS YOU ARE ONE OF THE FEW PEOPLE WHO,S STANDARDS DICTATE THAT THIS PUB IS GREAT! | This is without doubt the worst pub in Fareham. Its staff are the most ignorant I have ever met,they take great joy in totally ignoring customers that are waiting to be served and when they think you have waited long enough their attitude leaves much to be desired. There is NO atmosphere apart from a very smokey one as everyone seems to smoke (even while they are having a meal). | staff are very ignorant and unhelpful be prepared to wait a while to get served as they like to spend their time in the bar area even though they can see anyone who is waiting in the lounge to be served. | its a warm frendly family pub with great live music and great pub food. the staff are very friendly and make you feel very welcome. they have a no smoking room if you want to go there with young kids. they are also apart of the fareham and gosport darts pool and football tournments.[Report for Removal] | bonnie mcintyre fareham england |
