| date visited was the 28 december 2007 10 of us went for what we thought was going to be a nice family meal and ended up with total dis-satisfaction a chicken dish came out still pink steaks over and under cooked and the list goes on my wife and i travelled from west sussex for this and ended up truely disappointed with the meal and the staff and my family and i will not be visiting again[Report for Removal] | R Levett Liphook Hants |

| Date of meal : 17.11.07 Soup was cool to luke warm, and was replaced with hot soup, fair enough, but how does cold soup get out of the kitchen in the first place? We had jacket potatoes, they were disgusting. They tasted like they had been re-heated for the second time, and they were not that hot either. There's nothing worse than recooked potato, it represents rock bottom cuisine. Having already complained about the soup, did not want to cause a scene, but mentioned it to one of the staff as we left to go to another restaurant - no answer, just a shrug.
