| although the Inn is due for a refurbishment, there is no excuse for dirt and poor service. The rooms, at £100 per night were basic to say the least, with spider webs and the landing was infested with flies. the entrance/bars/restaurant areas were simply not clean. At breakfast, milk was served in a jug with grease smears down the side, and one of the side plates had butter on it from a previous guest. Goodness knows how long it had been there. The service was very slow, and the chef's white's were grubby. There is a constant smell of cigarette smoke wafting in through the windows, as the office is adjecent to the bedrooms. The view from the prenier (ha ha) bedroom is captivating though.
