| I WAS VISITING FRIENDS IN CORNWALL AND THEY SUGGESTED THAT WE WENT TO THE TROT INN FOR A DRINK, ON THE WHOLE THE STAFF WERE FRIENDLY JUST WISH THE SAME COULD HAVE BEEN SAID OF THE LANDLORD, MAYBE A FEW LESSONS IN CUSTOMER CARE WOULD'NT GO AMISS.MAY BE HE COULD ALSO CURB HIS LANGUAGE A LITTLE.[Report for Removal] | jJANE Shoreham By Sea Sussex |

| I went to this pub with a disabled friend the evening started well until my friend needed the toilet....... There is a disabled toilet which you have to go down steps to get to !!!!!!!!!!! and when the Landlord started to get ready for the singer he blocked the toilet off with table and chairs this only left the toilets downstairs...... when this was pointed out to him he basicly said tough (but not so polite) and he said go elsewhere ..... | Excellent food freshly prepared and friendly staff. This Bar has been reformed from the old local with two rooms and outside toilet to a large single room that is well lit and the toilets have been moved inside. There is entertainment on Saturdays and Fridays and plenty of TVs to watch sport on. I have only rated this as above average due to the reason that there was a Fat rude man in the bar you like to throw his weight around and the landlord stood in the corner hiding. A good night out in cornwall good food and a rude sheffield fan. A hint would be Ban the man Kev or get doormen [Report for Removal] | Robbie Plymouth Devon |
