| Very Bad Service-Don't Bother!!! My partner spent the evening at this pub and was appalled by the service received. After a few hours of drinking with so called 'friends' and spending lots of money, he went to buy a round of drinks. His card was declined for the transaction and was subjected to a grave service despite apologising, giving his details over and stating he would withdraw cash from the cash machine. In the process of getting the cash he was attacked and was assaulted by the Cross Keys pub on Friday 5th August 2011 by two twin brothers that he had spent the evening with. After the ordeal he went back into the Cross Keys pub and told the bar tender what had happened and asked him to call the police. The bartender refused and smirked at what had happened and offered NO assistance what so ever!!!!!!
