| What has happened to this once wonderful little pub? My wife and I attended this pub on Sunday 21st May 2006 with the intention of enjoying lunch. Unfortunately, the menu was restricted to Beef, Lamb or a Nut Roast (and nothing else!!?)....not a fish, bit of pasta, gammon, salad or chicken in sight!! I am all for concentrating on a small number of lunches but, unfortunately, upon seeing what was being dished up we decided not to bother. We did however stay for a beer, which was good (although the very old and scratched pint glass (which was not particularly clean) was something of an annoyance).
