| This pub has just been made Norfolk pub of the year 2006 - and won Norwich pub of the year after being open only 8 months. Now in a CAMRA stronghold like Norwich that is a seriously good achievement! There is a range of excellent beers, belgian lagers and ciders on offer in a traditional pub atmosphere. It has two bars - smoking and non-smoking and the clientele are a mix of famillies, bookish and businessmen (depending on the time you drink there). This place has just been included in the Good Beer Guide so get there now before the hordes discover it and, like seeing the Beatles at the Cavern Club or the Arctic Monkeys at the Leadmill - you can tell the others you were there before it was famous![Report for Removal] | Shani Sheffield Yorkshire |
