| Terrible service! We were left waiting for our lunch for over an hour! The staff didn't seem to care and just kept giving excuses. After waiting 40 minutes we had to ask where our food was only to be told there was a problem with communication of the order and they were just starting to cook it. They said it would be another 20 minutes but it turned out to be 30/40mins. We weren't offered anything while we waited and when the food came it was distinctly average. Will never be going back! | out and about found this lovely pub in henllys, cwmbran. very good food, from an extensive menu, real ales available with guest ales changing monthly,very warm and welcoming staff 10/10 [Report for Removal] | dave pickford chepstow mon |

| on a recent visit to the area we pooped in for a drink and a use of the facilities, and stayed all night!! we had a warm welcome from the staff and ended up having a superb well cooked meal and nearly won the quiz [Report for Removal] | peter dawson bristol avon |
