| We we arrived at 12:15 pm we were told to sit in the Gallery part of the pub because the restaurant was taken over by a wedding party. The room was freezing becaue the fire exit door was left open. The table had not been set. I was not allowed to start a tab because I did not have a card. Everything had to be paid for by cash. I had lasange and the top and bottom of the lasange was burnt and the meat inside was also burnt. When I complained the waitress asked if I wanted a replacement dish but I declined. They did not even offer a refund of my meal. They lost out because I was going to book my boxing day meal with them for 18 family and guests. [Report for Removal] | Ossie Male Newport Gwent |
