| I have dined here on several occasions and always been more than impressed however a recent dining experience has left a very nasty taste in my mouth indeed. The whole evening the service was very slow and to add to this a found several hairs in my starter and no apology or explanation was offered for this and I was asked if I would like it taken off my bill well I thought this would have been done automaticaly! It was my husbands birthday & we had recommended to friends & family the we should go the Cripple Creek as we have enjoyed nice meals there in the past but I was so embarresed by the whole evening. I wrote an email to the owner to explain my dissapointment and I am still awaiting a response! | My favourite! Cannot fault this pub at all, the food is excellent, the service is excellent, the atmosphere is homely and friendly the staff are very accommodating and friendly. Love this place, although it is several hours drive from my home I have visited it many times and it never alters. Would recommend to everyone.[Report for Removal] | Diane Turner Preston Lancs |
