| Since having no luck with the providers of this website. Can i inform everyone that the previous comments by Brian Williams have been done in a malicious way and by someone using my Information. There has never been a landlord called Stuart there was once an employ called Stuart. | What has happened to this pub? Since Stuart, the previous landlord left this pub it has completely gone downhill as i previously said, however i gave it the benefit of doubt and returned. Never again though, as the big, loud, useless oaf (new boyfriend) is still about and she's more interested in him and her handfull of locals than anyone else. What has happened to the restaurant and quality of food? A huge tv on the wall in a 14th century pub, I think this is called clutching at straws! | Pub is really nice and ex landlord (Stuart) was always very welcoming. However, since he has gone the whole place has changed for the worse. | we have visited this pub on three occasiond for sunday lunch and while the food was nice enough we didnt find it very child friendly. The waitresses can hardly be bothered to talk and the manageress is only interested in the locals ,if your out of town like us dont expect much of a welcome,suffice to say wont be going there again........
